How to Place Your Order
You can order online simply by adding items to the shopping cart and then filling out and submitting the secure order form with your credit card information. Or, call us toll-free at 1-877-678-3202 during normal business hours and our sales associates will be happy to answer any questions you might have and take your order over the phone. We will also promptly respond to any e-mail inquiries.

Delivery Timing
Cushions are generally available within a 3 to 5 week time span. Please call us and talk to a New Harbour sales associate for expected timing on your specific order. (Please note that all delivery times are estimates and that we are at the mercy of the fabric manufacturers.)

Pricing and Errors
All items and prices are subject to change without notice. And although we try our best to avoid them, it is possible that errors may occur within the website. New Harbour is not responsible for pricing, descriptive, typographical, or photographic errors.

Delivery Fees
For UPS/Fedex Ground deliveries to the continental United States, New Harbour charges a 15% delivery fee (with a $10 per order minimum shipping fee).

Manufacturers' Warranties
All of the products sold by New Harbour come with the full manufacturers' warranty. These warranties vary in length and content depending on the manufacturer. Ask a New Harbour sales associate for more information on the particular item you are ordering. For cushions manufactured by New Harbour, there is a one-year warranty against manufacturer's defects.

Payment Methods
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and money orders. All orders require full payment at time of order. We will mail you a receipt with your credit card transaction and copy of your paid invoice.

Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax except on items shipped to Massachusetts (5%). Since your local or state laws may vary on "use tax" when you buy items out-of-state, we leave it to you to handle as you see fit.

Cancellations and Return Policy
Because your purchase is such an individual choice, your order is very much a custom order. Therefore, once your order is placed, if you decide to cancel the order before it is released for delivery, you will be responsible for a 50% cancellation/restocking fee on the item. If you decide to cancel or return an item between the time it is released for delivery until 7 days after your delivery, you will be responsible for the freight charges to return it plus the original delivery charges as well as the 50% cancellation/restocking fee. If the item is returned in a damaged or not "as-new" condition, additional charges for repair or used condition will apply. The determination of the value of damages is at the sole discretion of New Harbour Inc. If any credit applies, it will be issued to you within 7 days after the item is received by New Harbour and the condition of the item is verified. New Harbour will not accept returns if formal notification is not received within 7 days from delivery.
